Sound healing is the knowledge and science of how sound vibrations affect our body and our spirit. By using musical instruments and our voices together with relaxation methods we achieve a profound effect on the body and consciousness. Along with the benefit offered by sound frequencies comes the activation of subtle etheric energy, which in ancient China is called "chi", in Japan it is known as "ki", and in the practice of yoga it is called "prana". By activating the ether, we also strengthen our energy structure, fill our acupuncture meridians and release energy blockages. In this sense, sound therapy used in this way is another way we can learn the path to health, vitality and self-discovery.

Yoga Nidra or "sleep yoga" is one of the most famous techniques of pratyahara or withdrawal of attention from the body and senses. Yoga Nidra is conscious sleep which is the borderline state between sleep and wakefulness. With this method, we achieve a complete, deep and healing relaxation that includes physical, emotional and mental relaxation in order to awaken the dormant centers of the brain and mind on the other hand. Releasing the tension of the body, mind (thoughts, emotions and desires) and intellect brings purification and peace that awakens intuition and sharpens intelligence and brings clarity. In Yoga Nidra, we first release physical and muscular tension that comes from an imbalance in the nervous and endocrine systems (part by part of the body), then emotional tension (various types of feelings) and mental tension, which releases redundant thoughts.
