Redovni satovi prenatalne yoge obuhvaćaju vježbe disanja, prilagođene vježbe snage i istezanja, vrijeme za opuštanje, samomasažu i meditaciju. Nastojimo odgovoriti na potrebe i pitanja koja imate te vježbati kako bi lakše i ljepše prošle ovo posebno razdoblje. Satovi obrađuju teme koje su česti problemi u trudnoći kao što su bol u donjim leđima, zatvor i pojava hemoroida, zatvaranje prsa prema naprijed, umor, anksioznost i sl. Kroz satove prolaziti ćemo yogijske prakse kojima se pripremamo za porod i povezujemo sa svojom bebom. Naše polaznice uključene su u internu grupu podrške, u kojoj se međusobno savjetujemo i podržavamo.

S veseljem ugošćuje svaku trudnicu i mladu mamu te u razgovoru s vama prilagođa satove potrebama grupe. Majka osamnaestogodišnjakinje sa osobnim iskustvom vježbanja prenatalne yoge kroz trudnoću.

Every pregnant woman is special and every pregnancy is different, that's why it is important to develop immediate body awareness and to prepare for childbirth and motherhood. Regular yoga during pregnancy will give us an excellent ratio of flexibility, strength and rest that we need.
