TRANSFER POLICY<\/h1>\n<p>We understand that plans can change. At the same time, organizing an international retreat requires us to make accommodation, catering, transportation and activity commitments in advance.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, all bookings are subject to the following cancellation and transfer policy.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation 30 days or more before the retreat<\/h3>\n<p>If you are unable to attend the retreat and cancel <strong>30 days or more before the retreat begins, your payment is non-refundable and will be transferred to the following year&#8217;s retreat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The transferred amount may be used toward the same retreat or a retreat of a similar format in the following year.<\/p>\n<p>If the price of the retreat increases, the difference in price will apply.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat<\/h3>\n<p>For cancellations made <strong>less than 30 days before the retreat begins, payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the following year&#8217;s retreat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In exceptional circumstances, you may contact us directly.
